IMPORTANT: If you have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer and are using the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser, you may view the forms in your web browser and the forms should automatically calculate fees on some forms. Other web browser programs, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, may generate an error message when attempting to open a PDF. These browsers require you to save the forms to your computer and open them using Acrobat Reader. This is most easily accomplished by selecting the link for the desired form, clicking it with the right mouse button, and choosing "Save Link As. " in the pop-up menu.

Third party, non-Adobe PDF readers and editors may not be able to open the PDF forms, may generate error messages, or may not operate with full functionality. If you encounter an error with a form when using a third party, non-Adobe program, please open the file in Acrobat Reader.
