What is Guest Pay? Guest Pay allows spouses, family members, and others to make online payments on behalf of patients without having a MyChart account.
How do I use Guest Pay? Find your guarantor number on your statement and enter it into the Guarantor Account # field. Then, enter the guarantor’s last name to continue. If you have issues finding your guarantor number, please call the billing office.
What is a visit account? A visit account is how your charges are grouped together to bill insurance, and usually represents your billing activity for a single visit. You may have multiple visit accounts, each with their own balance.
