Here are the answers to a few questions we are frequently asked.

Order Questions:

How can I check on my order? Where can I locate my tracking number?

You may check your order by accessing your My Account page and viewing your order history, or check the top of your Shipping Confirmation email for the tracking information.

** Please note: Gift Card orders sent U.S. Mail cannot be tracked.

What is the return policy for online orders?

Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item, for any reason, within 60 days of receipt, using the instructions on your packing slip. We’ll also refund the shipping charges if the return is because of our error. What are my payment options?

The Cracker Barrel online store accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards, as well as PayPal and Venmo. At this time, we are unable to accept Cracker Barrel gift cards as a payment option.

Can I use a gift card?

At this time, we are unable to accept Cracker Barrel gift cards as a payment option.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

No. We are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been processed.

Will I have to pay tax on my online purchase?

The Cracker Barrel Online Store is required to collect the appropriate sales tax on orders if your state has a tax.

How do I place an order for a tax-exempt organization? How do I use a Promo code?

To use a Promo code, you must either log into your account or create an account. You will then be able to enter the Promo code, which will be applied at checkout. Promo codes apply to online orders only and cannot be used on gift cards, Cracker Barrel Catering, or Cracker Barrel To-Go. Only one Promo code can be applied to an order. Each Promo code can be redeemed one time per account.

What are my options for gifting (gift wrapping, gift message or gift receipt)?

Cracker Barrel offers a wonderful selection of gift items to give friends and loved ones. We unfortunately are unable to provide gift wrapping, a gift message or a gift receipt for online orders at this time and each shipment comes with an itemized receipt.

What qualifies for free shipping?

Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping, excluding Fully-Assembled Rockers and gift cards. Free shipping applies only to orders with eligible items and standard shipping to an address within the contiguous U.S.

What are my shipping options?

The Cracker Barrel online store will promptly fill your order and ship all orders* via UPS. You can select Standard, Three-Day, Two-Day or One-Day delivery options. When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii your delivery options may be limited due to location. * Gift cards are shipped via USPS and are not trackable. Select fully-assembled rocking chairs and oversized furniture ship via a special freight company due to the size of the package required to ship the items safely. Select items that require additional handling due to size and fragility may incur an additional handling fee. Please see individual product pages for details. Some items may not be available for expedited shipping methods due to size. Please see individual product pages for details.

What are handling fees and why does my order have them?

Select items, like furniture and glass bottled sodas, may incur fees in addition to shipping charges because of additional steps required to make sure they arrive safely at your doorstep! Handling fees are applied per item. Please see individual product pages for information on if an additional handling fee will apply.

Can I shipping address be different than my billing address?

Yes, your order can be shipped to a different address.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

No. Please place separate orders to separate addresses.

When will my order ship? How long will it take to be delivered?

Orders placed on a given day will ship the following business day unless otherwise noted on the Individual Product Page. UPS express shipping options do not include Saturday and Sunday delivery.

Perishable items are only shipped Monday through Wednesday

** Please Note: Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Are there any limitations on where I can ship my order? Can I ship to a military APO/FPO address?

At this time, the Cracker Barrel online store can only ship orders within the contiguous U.S.; Alaska & Hawaii. Delivery addresses must accept both Postal and Common Carrier delivery. Cracker Barrel does ship to APO/Military bases.

What's the difference between a Fully-Assembled Rocker and a Ready-To-Assemble Rocker?

Fully-Assembled Rockers ship ready to use, no assembly required! To ensure your Fully-Assembled Rocker arrives in great condition it will be delivered by a special freight company for a flat rate charge of $138.00 per rocker. At this time, Fully-Assembled Rockers can be only shipped to the continuous U.S.

Our Ready-to-Assemble Rockers (RTA) are shipped with parts, hardware and instructions needed for assembly. These rockers will ship via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Select items have an additional handling fee and cannot be expedited.

Where can I find assembly instructions for my Cracker Barrel rocking chair?
